Show UTAH STOCKS IN LIGHT DEMAND The agricultural prospects are favorable favor-able throughout the United States, which makes the outlook for business good, says John C. Cutler, Jr.. in his market letter. Manufacturing establishments estab-lishments are active filling orders. Summer dullness prevails in securities in the East. In Salt Lake general business conditions condi-tions are excellent. The many railroads centering here make the future look bright. ; The mines of the State are doing well and many companies are paying regular , dividends.1 while the payrolls are heavy. At the present time crops all over the State look like they will be large, making ma-king the farmers prosperous and happy. The writer passed through Utah county yesterday and the beet crop looks all right. The beet tops are healthy and free from the withered appearance of last year. Latest reports from northern Utah and Idaho are that there will be a bumper crop. Small sales of stocks are the rule latelv. The bank stocks. Z. C. M. I.. Home Fire Insurance company. Consolidated Con-solidated Wagon and Machine company, and bonds are firm, while sugar slocks have been gradually advancing during the past three months.
