The Wasatch road has been declared a bankrupt ly the United States court, and an action for an accounting is now pending before Trustee in Bankruptcy Chester A. V. Martin. , The complaint calla for an accounting account-ing for the use and franchises of the company's property since June 2t 1879, which means that some $2,000,000 is involved. in-volved. I Alleged that on June '6, 1906, the Wasatch road was declared to be a bankrupt, and a trustee was appointed. For a long time the defendants, the Denver k Rio Grande companv, the Rio Grande Western, the Oregon Short Line ' and the Missouri Pacific Railroad company com-pany have been using the propertv of the defunct company, wifich is about forty-four miles in length.
