Tin two principal orators of the occasion occa-sion were Justice William R. Day of -he United States Supreme court, and UnlteJ States Senator Daniel of West Virginia. Gen. B. R. Brown of Zanesville, O., head of- the Grand Army, and Gen. Joseph W. Kay of New York, past national commander com-mander of the United Veterans' legion, also spoke. The exercises were held on the anniversary anni-versary of McKInley's death. |
