The properties are located in the Terkwa district, dis-trict, and Watson says that Helnse has. already expended $7,000,000 in the properties proper-ties at Bulkley, and that -while In New York Heinie announced that he proposed operating the properties on an extensive scale Immediately. The Grand Trunk Paclflc will traverse the Bulkley valley on the way from the Rockies to the Pacific coast. The valley lies further .north than any of the British Columbia fields that have been developed, and Is extraordinarily rich In copper, .with a rich compound of silver and gold.
