' v - - For a year or more his health has been failing, and several weeks ago his physicians told him. that if ' he . would prolong his life he must give up all official duties and go away for perfect rest. Reluctantly he gave up his duties and went to Bradentown, Fla.' The changa did not bring the desired Improvement. Im-provement. Instead he became steadily stead-ily worse, and yesterday his physicians informed him that if he wished to die In his home and among his friends he must get back tn Nwt' vrn -.rc-as possible.
