Show NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given that the undersigned under-signed mortgagee will and does hereby foreclose that certain chattel mortgage dated February 9, 1906, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake county. State of Utah, on February Febru-ary 10, 190H, at 10:06 a. m. in Book "N" of Chattel Mortgages, page 336, and made and executed by Mildred M. Relley, snort- x rni, nf Rait T.nUa fltv TTtnh . tn T T Stringer, mortgagee, of the same place, to secure the sum of $150 principal and Interest in the sum of $15.00 upon the following fol-lowing described property set forth and described in said mortgage, to wit: (Exhibit (Ex-hibit "A"): Kitchen table, oak extension table, "Kateleen" base-burner, "New Glory" 6-hole range, small ornamental stand, rectangular oak stand, upholstered seat fancy chair, large willow rocker, leather seat willow rocker, leather scat arm rocker, oak hall tree with mlrrpr, oak dresser with mirror, velvet Brussels carpet about 16x16 feet, velvet Brussels carpet about 12x14 feet, rag carpet about 8x10 feet, 3 rugs about 3x6 feet, oak washstand, 3 dining chairs, upholstered arm chair, 4 pictures, 6 pre. lace curtains, 3 prs. net curtains, 4 sofa pillows, 3 blankets, blan-kets, kitchen cupboard. Jardenier stand, oak folding . bed with mirror, ironing board, mattress and springs, white iron bed, springs, mattress, oak sideboard with mirror. "Century" refrigerator, trunk and contents, linoleum about 12x12 feet, bedding for two beds, 2 pairs che-nlle che-nlle curtains, 4 Joints stove-pipe, stove-board, stove-board, bamboo bookcase. 4 Iron bed slats, hassock, 3 curtain poles, bread board, Roman stool, lot of dishes, cooking utensils, uten-sils, laundry tools, ornaments; (Exhibit "B"): Brussels rug about 3x6 feet, large fancy stand lamp. 2 plaster heads, large blue-and-gold vase, 16 pictures pic-tures and frames, another fancy lamp, toilet set, silver pitcher and tray, oval s'lver tray and 4-plece silver set, lot of dishes, ornaments, and all other property prop-erty at 140 East Sixth South street. Salt Lake City, Utah, at the time of execution of said chattel mortgage. And notice Is hereby given that said property above described and classified as Exhibit "A," or such part thereof as may be necessary, - will be sold by said undersigned un-dersigned mortgagee on Wednesday, the 2nd day of May. A. D. 1908. between the hours of 12 m. and 4 p. m., at 117 8outh West Temple street. Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah; and that said property prop-erty above described and classified as Exhibit "B," or such part thereof as may be necessary, will be sold by said undersigned under-signed mortgagee on Wednesday, the 2nd day of May, AV D. 1906, between the hours of 12 m. and 4 p. m. at 166 South First West street.
