Mrs. Margaret A. Putnam secured a divorce from Alfred B. Putnam nine years ago. The divorce carried car-ried with it 1250 alimony and 60 attorney's attor-ney's fees. Since that time the plaintiff bad remarried and has had three children, chil-dren, all of whom are under the age of 9 years. Alfred B. Putnam, defendant In the old suit, recently desired to dlsjKse of some real estate. Mrs. Putnam whs required re-quired to sign the papers, it was said. She presented her divorce decree and discovered discov-ered for the first time that it had never been signed, nor entered. The matter was taken before Judge Howell yesterday, and the same doc roe was signed in due form and entered. |
