Show RULES OF ROAD MUST BE OBEYED Three mounted patrolmen were detailed yesterday afternoon to enforce the city ordinance requiring teamsters and drivers of all classes of vehicles to respect the 'Yule of the road," and the ordinance with regard to driving on the right-hand side of the street.
