Show CONTRACTS ARE READY Goldfleld Merchants Invite In-vite Local Firms to Enter the Field. Goldfleld is heartily In accord with the move of Utah Jobbers in making contracts with C. L. Marsh to haui freight overland from the San Tedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake railroad to Goldfleld and that district. At a recent re-cent meeting of the chamber of commerce com-merce of Goldfleld the following resolution reso-lution was adopted, inviting Utah Jobbers Job-bers to enter the field: Whereas, C. L. Marsh has represented represent-ed to the chamber of commerce of Gold-field, Gold-field, in open session, this 17th day of March, 1905. that he can lay down in Goldfleld. Nev., from Caliente, New. on the Salt Lake, Los Angeles & San Pedro Pe-dro railroad, commodities, necessities and all other freight at a minimum saving of $12.50 per ton,, within a limited lim-ited time, not to exceed twelve days, from all Utah points, and Whereas. In the Judgment of the chamber of commerce, after a full and complete discussion of the subject, it deserves the unanimous support of the business men of the town of Gold-field, Gold-field, Now, therefore. The chamber of commerce com-merce heartily Indorses the enterprise and Invites the business men of Utah and southern California, and all other competitive points, to send their representatives repre-sentatives here to investigate this field, with a view of doing business with our merchants, and further, we have the fullest confidence In the representations made by Mr. Marsh as to his ability to carry the same Into effect.
