Tha resolution reads: "Whereas, ths public press has announced an-nounced that his excellency, C. R. Mabey, governor of ths stats of Utah, has directed ths Honorable Harvey H. Cluff, attorney general for ths stats of Utah, to file with the Interstate commerce commission a petition pray-lna pray-lna for leave for the stats of Utah to file before ths commission a petition In Intervention In support of ths Bout hern Pacific Railroad company In the contrnveray between that company and the Union Pacific Railroad company com-pany with resiiect to tha Central Pacific Pa-cific railway; . - "And, whereas, ths said controversy i appeara to be one on which Intelligent and conscientious men may well take sides; "And, wheress.
