Wimmer, Arthur Taylor, Tay-lor, Virginia and Geraldine Schanck, all of Ogdon, for Sunday Sun-day dinner. Ruth Woolsey of Lead Mine spent Tuesday with her mother. Maurjne and Darlme Moffitt. twin daughters of Mrs. Ruth Moffitt, Mof-fitt, celebrated their 16th birthday birth-day Sunday at a theatre party and luncheon. Their guests were Joyce Wells and Frances Fullmer. Full-mer. Colleen Creedon and Marilyn Wells left Sunday to visit a week at Helper with Elaine Murray. Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Amsdcn and R. S. McClintock of Spokane, Spo-kane, Wash , enjoyed dinner together to-gether in Salt Lake Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Rex MilLs, Barbara Bar-bara Mills, Barbara Ball, Catherine Cath-erine Chipian left Sunday for a week at Luke's Hot Pots. O Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nichols and I children, Naomi, Billy and Bob-' Bob-' by, of Piochc, Nov., are guests this week of Mrs. Nichols' par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Doyle. Mr. and Mrs William Rogcr-I Rogcr-I son and children Patricia and i William of 106 Main street left Tuesday to make their home in Murray. Mr. and Mrs. Junius Goodrich and family of Sandy spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. David Da-vid L. Bills. Mrs. Eddie Anderson and chil-1 chil-1 dren of the Federal apartments left August 3 for two weeks at Mt. Pleasant and two weeks at Eureka. Mrs- John Nilsson and children Ante and Ann spent a week at Hot Pots. Mrs. Gam Meacham of Ogden arrived August 7 to spend two weeks with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Gray. Mr. and Mrs. Max Spendlove and Mary Lou of Salt Lake City visited V-J day with Mrs. Joseph Spendlove. Mrs- Dorlesca Kenner has spent the past two weeks with her daughter. Mrs. Don Reid. Mrs. Susan Partridge of Duchesne Du-chesne is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Grant Hodges, and in Copperton Cop-perton with Mrs. Joe A. Jenson, another daughter. Mrs. Leland Cunliffe and children, chil-dren, LoRoy and Margaret, of Tridell, arrived Tuesday to visit two weeks with relatives of Bingham, Bing-ham, Sandy and Copperton. Margaret Nichols of Pocatello, Ida., who spent the week-end with Gay Cushing, left to return home. Mr. and Mrs. Anthon O. Jacob-son Jacob-son spent Monday in Salt Lake City and visited that evening with D. O. Jacobson and Mr. and Mrs. Preston Jacobson at Murray. Mur-ray. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Cushing visited August 10 with friends at Santaquin. Attending a breakfast given Thursday morning at the home of Mrs. Eugene Morris were Mrs. Joseph Kemp, Mrs. L- W. Nielsen, Mrs. Thomas Clark, Mrs. Niel Olson, Mrs. Frank Madsen, , all of Midvale; and Mrs. William Meyers and Mrs. Bert Thomas of Lark and Mrs. A. C. Larick : local notes: George Abplanalp of Roosevelt arrived Saturday to spend two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. Christ Apostol. The Catholic Ladies met the evening of August 9 with Mrs Louis Arritola. Five Hundred Hund-red prizes went to Mrs. Ray Carl, Mrs A. L. Redmond and a guest, Mrs John J. Creedon. Tasty refreshments re-freshments were served eight. Mr and Mrs. Max Brisk returned re-turned August 9 from a four-day stav at Provo canyon. At the Bnsk cabin Sunday and Monday were Mr and Mrs. Ronald Davis and daughter Sydney and M. j and Mrs B. L.
