POLICE UNABLE TO HELP FIND GIRL After an all night eearch. Erllne Welsh, a crippled girl. 16 yeara old, was found In tha girls home, near the county Infirmary, at 4 o'clock Sunday Sun-day morning, following her disappearance disappear-ance from her home on Jackson avenue ave-nue at o'clock Saturday night. Cltlxena realding In the vicinity of th Welsh horn said that they applied ap-plied to th police on thre occasions for help In finding th girl, and that at 2:10 a. m. two officer responded, but said' that they could not aid In th search at that time on account of other work. As a reault, a call waa put In to Sheriff C. Frank Emery, and men wer sent to help the cltlsena, who picked up a trail leading from near th horn to th railroad depots and then on to State street. Deputy Sheriff J. A. Walton suggested sug-gested that Inquiry be made at th girls' home, wher it waa discovered that th girl had been admitted after she had evidently walked several miles.
