May 4 to T, inclusive, met at tha chamber of commerce on Monday and received progress reports from the van -. ous subcommittees. The committee ; have the work well under way. Tha demonstration will start with a I monster parade on parade day. May 4 Chairman W. K. Carroll reports that the I followlnr schools and organisations will taka part In the parade: City officials, i Agricultural college band. R. O. T. C. of fl A. C, R T. .. Logan high school, ; Benson school. Kills iM-hool, Webster ; arhool. Whlttler school. Woodruff school, Iwanla club, American leglon and Ro. i tary club. This la only a tentative llne-! llne-! up. McKay Mc-Kay at tha larger schools, along with an appropriate program. Each School Is to work out Its own program and submit It to tha school committee for approval. Saturday, May , 8cout day, all tha scout troops of tha city and thslr bands will parade through the streets and then give some demonstrations on tha tabar- nacle square, j Htmday, church and home day, all fa- thers will be expected to attend church j with their sons. In the evening appropriate appro-priate programs will ba featured in every j ward. |
