Payne Wednesday charged d that the state industrial school chool for juveniles is entirely too inadequately equipped d for handling youthful criminals following the arrest o of three parolees from the institution who are being h hold ld in the city jail for investigation ill lii connection with recent burglaries The youths being held are Ve Vernon non Brooks 17 Boyd Keller 19 and George GeorgeLee Lee 18 Too many of these boy parolees are continually troubling the department depart depart- ment the chief declared We find that no sooner are many of them sent to the school at Ogden than they are released Some of these youths are the most dangerous criminals s in our cit city yet et they are given freedom Brooks is accused is-accused accused of participating in the holdup of two street car c m I February 17 He was arrested arrest arrest- ed on a warrant following filing of f complaints charging him with rob rob- ber bery With two others he Is 19 alleged to have held up C.
