| Show WAS AN IMMENSE GATHERING The Meeting of the Woodmen of the World Packed the Theater Throughout The meeting of the Woodmen of the World held In the Salt Lake Theater last night no n mammoth affair ana filled the great building In every part Leaders of the organization from other states Were In attendance and assisted In making the occasion memorable The electric floral and other decorations decora-tions were veiy handsome Dr C L Douglas called the mecUng to order and and the X C M I Charles nocom lanled by the Woodmen orchestra sang Song of the Ilrotherhood after which Governor Wells delivered the address of welcome The executive was followed hy Heaa Banker John K flblmun who spoke hrllly land mas In turn followed by 11hos Gnv Jennings who gave n beautiful Soprano eita selection and responded to an en core r A FalkenberB head consul of the Pacific Jurisdiction and founder of the order of the Woodmen of the World was the next speaker When he had finished talking lllsa Ruth Hldredsre gave ii number of elocutionary readings und was heartily applauded The Woodmen Wood-men orchestra then unng IL leasing selection and J C TntBhnw delivered a stirring addrevs Allso Jennings sang two more songs and Mr 1 I cook of California delivered the conclualnlt speech and the Z C M 1 chorus sang Hncu Now Away and the meeting came to on end This evening a reception will be held at the I O O F hall from 7 until 9 after which It banquet will be glen at the Knutsford |
