B Cooley said sald Madill had re requested re- re q quested a delay in the hearing He said also the delay was necessary to obtain services of a court re re- re- re porter parter Madill is charged with Involuntary Involuntary involuntary tary manslaughter in the death of Auddie W. W Henderson 39 39 who died in a Salt Lake hospital where he was taken laken- from the city jail Madill and Henderson reportedly were engaged In an altercation here in which Hend Henderson received a head injury
