People Say By Telegram Readers Commends Counsel For Two Murderers Editor Telegram In regards to the stay of execution of the two youthful killers I think their court-appointed court counsel should be lie commended highly for their efforts In this Century with our knowledge of the value of human relations how anyone could become angry because two youths who have been kicked around all of their lives have been given a few more days to live while their case was as as given consideration astonished me to say the least The friends and relatives of the fine young man grieved as they must have been should realize that he no doubt had every opportunity to become come the respected upright citizen that he was But for benefit of a fine religious upbringing by exemplary parents friends and associates anyone of us might have become a Braasch or Sullivan Let us n not t forget to hate the crime but show mercy on the criminals and at least not take delight in an execution to the extent that we feel disappointment disappointment disappointment dis dis- dis- dis appointment if it fails to take pl place We must have laws and obey them yes but the vast knowledge we ha have hae e gained through the years should make us wise in our judgment with the saving of the soul even the soul of a murderer uppermost uppermost uppermost up up- in our hearts Thank God we still have men who will give such fine service without fees Leah Hansen
