There is no written test in connection with these examinations and ap-plicants will be rated from a re-view of their experience as shown in their application form. The duties of marketing spec-ialist include primary responsi-bility in connection with the procurement of food products such as determining the most suitable vendors, authorizing pur-chase and change-order- s after negotiating price, quality, and time of delivery, determining method of shipment, advising stations regarding inventories and substitutions, making stud-- ! ies of supply situations to solve any current problems, and as-sisting in the planning of future procurement programs.
