H H. Halliday an attorney representing representing representing rep rep- resenting the Intermountain Kennel Kennel Kennel Ken Ken- nel club protested the provision eliminating kennels in the city limits He proposed on behalf of dog fanciers that the provision be re rewritten rewritten re- re written to permit kennels with witha a limit set on the number of dogs kenneled under strict supervision and regulation of the city board of health Under the proposed amendment kennels are defined as anyplace where more than one female is kept or more than two I males or two un spayed females em ales or combination thereof The provision calling for or the licensing licensing- of pet shops and veterinary veterinary nary is the thc first o of its kind in the city |
