It was announced an-nounced that the first Monday meeting of the club in January 1948 would be celebrated as birthday meeting of the club, organized January 13, 1944 The group also voted to give $5.00 to the polio drive. Mrs. Allsop, chairman; Mrs. Carl A. Curtis, Mrs. Nan Denver, Mrs. Richard Willey and Mrs. Barlow were named to serve on the nominating nominat-ing committee. Goff, I was recently announced as pub-i pub-i licity assistant on the business staff for the "WYE" literary , magazine at Brigham Young un- iversity. Mr. Goff was graduated graduat-ed from Bingham high school in j 1944, where he was the outstand-j outstand-j ing boy of class '44", won drama and scholarship awards and was a student officer.
