Fred Lee chief of the radio patrol division of the Salt Lal Lake e police department and andone andone andone one of the city's veteran officers In fact Officer Lee was a Texas ranger back in his home city of Houston from 1916 to 1919 Then he came to Salt Lal Lake e City and eventually joined the county sherIffs sherIff's sheriffs sheriff's sher sher- iffs iff's office as a deputy bacI back in 1927 He left that post in 1929 and joined the police department in 1 1932 After just 30 days as a patrolman he was transferred to the detective bureau Those are the days he loves to recall Working with L L. L C.
