J MONTAGUE 4 J I ITHE THE ARCTIC UNVISITED Ive I've never cracked a frozen polar billow And melted It to cool my throbbing head Ive I've never used an Ice floe for a pillow Or with a snowdrift built bunt my nightly bed These TheBO things I Understand are very pleasant He has not lived at all who mo has not known The Joys of Arctic life Ufe but for the present I think Ill I'll stick around the t temperate zone J I Ive Ive never watched an eighteen hours In to thrust hope a a. spearhead In a a seal seal- T f Ive I've never had to tax my waiting wafting powers Assured that If they fagged ragged Id I'd have x To n meal meal these things are strangely thrilling thrilling- Hes He's happiest when the howling blizzards Yet somehow or another Im I'm unwilling To find tind out if my tastes resemble his Id Id I'd rather leave a walrus i Than hunt him in my kyak through the tle sea Id I'd not know how to act If It ho he protested And with his tusks he S came They me me say walrus hunts are fine and snappy Its It's grand to drag a dead one ono through the foam And yet yetI I know Ill I'll always feel more happy v S To sit and read about em here em here at home Perhaps Im I'm m missing much that might delight me Perhaps I nurSe a dull and sodden soul r Perhaps there will be nothing to requite me For losing these fine winters at the pole Im I'm sure it Is a very lovely section With myriads of wonders to behold But to the life there I have one objection objection- I do not like a place so doggone cold ALWAYS SOMETHING Just as peace is established In the silk industry the worm Is IB likely to turn AL UNEQUAL DISTRIBUTION I least The reason for long congressional sessions is that at nt I four-fifths four of them are required for Investigations BOUND TO HAPPEN i I j I The TheFord Ford c dr car r stops when it runs out of ot gas So will the Ford For boom I THE NEW STANDARD I.
