C Spurting Spurling I Robinson were married Jan 6 1889 in Rockwood Roane county I Tenn They joined the Church of Jesus Jesu Christ of Latter-day Latter Saints i In 1897 and Mr Robinson left his family in Tennessee in 1912 to work in a coal mine in Colgate Okla to get enough money to send his family to Utah They arrived here in 1914 and Mr Robinson followed followed followed fol fol- fol- fol lowed in 1916 to become an em em- of the old Murdock academy at Beaver Utah One year later he came to Salt Lake City and rented farming land landIn In Jn the East Mill Creek area He remained a farmer until his retirement retire I men ment t 11 years ago Mr and Mrs Robinson raised all their nine children to maturity eight of whom are arc still living They are Mrs Pearl R R.
