Cunlifie biid .or David and Eugene, were 5atu day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs James Byrne of Salt Lake City. j No. 2 Firemen's auxiliary were guests Monday evening at the home of Mrs. Alvin E. Hall. Bridge was played with prizes won by Mrs. J. Lynn Booth and Mrs. John T. West. Mrs. Joseph Timothy received the traveling prize. A delicious hot luncheon was served. GGGG club members were guests Monday at the home of Mrs. Joseph Kemp of Midvale A nicely appointed 11:30 o'clock breakfast was served to sixteen guests. Prizes at bridge were won by Mrs. H L. Garrity and Mrs L. S. Breckon. Mrs. Frank Madsen received traveling prize. Richard Nerdin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd J. Nerdm, celebrated his seventh birthday Saturday afternoon with a delightful party from 4 to 7 at No. 1 Fire hall. Cardboard Easter baskets which carried a picnic lunch and orange hats with long feathers were given as favors. Each guest also received a fishpond prize. The table was centered with a lovely musical birthday cake. A scavenger scaven-ger hunt, bingo and other games were enjoyed after which home movies were shown to the (roup under the direction of Richard's grandfather, Judge Francis A. Miller. Guests present included Norman Chesler, Donna and Tommy James, Richard Nielsen. Louis Susaeta, Blaine and Lynn Ott, Karen Visher, Carma Ray, Ellen Beth Thomas, Sandra Nelson, Nel-son, Joan Murano, El Ray Whit lock, Jerry Nerdin, all of Bing ham; Marilyn and Steven Bruci Clough, Linda and Molly Sue Heal, Cynthia, Bobby and Kathy Lynn Miller, all of Salt Lakt City. Assisting Mrs. Nerdin with preparations and entertainment were Carol Murano, Mrs. Irvin L. Miller, Mrs. Ted Heal, Mrs. William B. Clough and Mrs Francis A Miller. Many lovely gifts were received by the honored hon-ored guest. Home movies were taken of the party. Nu-I club members were guests Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. D. F. Johanson. Prizes M bridge were won by Mrs. L. E. Stillmap, Mrs. Willard Nichols and Mrs. T. H. McMullin Arrangements Ar-rangements of daffodils formed lovely table centerpieces and were about the rooms. Dainty refreshments were served to 12. Veteran Utah Power & Light company employees from Utah, Idaho and Wyoming whose service ser-vice records range from 20 to 55 years were honored Tuesday evening ev-ening at the concern's annual Veterans club banquet in Hotel Utah. Among those attending from Bingham were Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Ireland and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence West. Mr. Ireland received re-ceived a 25-year pin. Arthur Jehu Goff, brother of Mrs. Stella Lipsey of Bingham, died at his home in Salt Lake City Sunday of a heart ailment Funeral services were held Wednesday Wed-nesday in the 33rd LDS ward chapel in Salt Lake City by Bishop Bish-op (Jareth L. Myers. Mrs. J. T Davis of Midvale and Miss Ruby Thompson of Wisconsin Wis-consin visited Monday with Mrs. H R. (Just of Coppetron. Teddy Chesler celebrated her fourth birthday March 20 with a delightful party at the home Of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Har- j old Chesler. Table decorations j and favors followed an Easter motif. Many lovely gifts were received. Sunday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd J. Nerdin were Mr. and Mrs. Earl Rager. Bridge was played with the men playing play-ing high.
