L Woods navy medical corps at the Alameda Alameda Alameda Ala Ala- meda naval air station The citation said Riggs despite heavy Japanese attack on the Pearl Harbor naval air station reorganized the medical facilities of the base to care for the many wounded men arriving at the station station station sta sta- tion from damaged ships Riggs entered the navy in 1930 after graduation from the University University University sity of Louisville medical school His wife is the former Dorothy Marsh of Pasadena Commander Riggs was born in Santa Rosa N.
