Show PLAY REVIEWED FORCIVIC CLUB "Lady In the Dark" by Moss Hart, was chosen for a review given by Mrs. E. Odell Peterson for the Women's Civic club at the meeting held the evening of April 2 at the home of Mrs. Archie Arch-ie J. Sorenson at Copperton. The current Broadway success on its opening months ago featured Gertrude Lawrence and Victor Mature as costars. Mrs. Peterson's Peter-son's reading of the play, her explanation ex-planation of the novel plot and descriptions of the dreams of the heroine as explained to the psy-cho-analysist, kept her hearers enthralled. Musical numbers were electric guitar Hawaiian numbers, "Maui" and "Drowsy Waters", played by Miss Oreta Sorenson. Mrs. Kermith Isbell, a new member, was welcomed into the club. Mrs. Sam Feraco was elected elect-ed to membership. Refreshments were served to 25 by Mrs. Guy Delia Lucia and Mrs. John F. O'Brien. "N |
