Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brimhall and daughter, Marjorie, of Apex Mine left Monday to visit in Ida-1 Ida-1 ho Falls, Idaho. Bingham volunteer firemen were called to St. Joe mine in Butterfield canyon Tuesday evening ev-ening when a grass fire threatened threaten-ed buildings at the mine. No damage was done. j LOCAL NOTES '. Mrs. Peter Borich and Miss Kay Burke left Sunday for Eureka Eur-eka where they will spend a month visiting friends and relatives. rela-tives. Bonnie Jean Johnson was a dinner guest of Miss Coleen Creedon Cree-don on the 24th. Dr. and Mrs. B. D. Bennion visited the 24th with Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Rogers of Salt Lake City. They enjoyed a swim at Saratoga in the afternoon. On Sunday the Bennions visited with Mr. and Mrs. S. O. Bennion of Salt Lake City. Seaman 2 c Sammy Preloran who is stationed in Seattle, Wash., arrived Monday to spend five days with his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Bolton Bol-ton of Copperton. Sammy has been on active sea duty the past several months. |
