Show Founding of Relief Society Remembered The Copperton LDS ward Relief Re-lief society celebrated the organization's organi-zation's centennial anniversary Tuesday evening at a fine program. pro-gram. Mrs. H. A. Cheever, president, presi-dent, was in charge and gave the wel'ioming address. Arrange ments for entertainment were made by Mrs. F. M. Davis. The Singing Mothers opened the program pro-gram with selections. The history of each president of the general Relief society was given by Mrs. Joel P. Jensen. , Bishop George M. Nix spoke on the work of the Relief society. While refreshments were being served musical selections were given, accordion numbers by Lola Lo-la Jean Gammell and piano solos by Vida Rae Poulsen. St. Patrick's favors were presented pre-sented each person. The opening prayer was offered by Mrs. Clinton Clin-ton Poulsen and the benediction by Mrs. Parley O. Loveless. |
