Show Salt Lake City were Thanksgiving Thanksgiv-ing day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. II. Jensen. j Highland Boy Marie Anelio Attelio Azzelio of Los Angeles, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Azzelio, arrived home November 18 to spend a few days with friends and relatives prior to his induction induc-tion into the U. S. army. Thurs- day evening a dinner was held in his honor at the Azzelio residence resi-dence for close friends and relatives. rela-tives. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Rottini of Tay-lorsville, Tay-lorsville, Mr. and Mrs. George Massa and Sam Briska. He is a graduate of the Bingham high school and Woodbury's Business college, Los Angeles. For the past year he has been employed at LeRoy's Jewelry store, Los An- feles. He reported Saturday at bit MacArthur,- San Pedro, Calif. Mrs. Steffie Gerbich received word that her son, Mike Gerbich, had been transferred from Fort Houston, Texas, to Camp Claiborne, Clai-borne, La. Virginia Baros spent the weekend week-end as guest of Gena Scorzato. Eli Tomas was a business visitor vis-itor in Salt Lake City Tuesday. Mrs. Jenny Ortego received word from her son, Louis Valdez, who recently entered Officers' Training school in Alabama. He is a graduate of Bingham high school and was inducted in May. Mrs. George Badovinatz recently re-cently accepted employment at Fort Douglas. She is the former Ruby Blockovich. Her husband, who entered the army in June, is stationed at Fort Douglas. Mr. and, Mrs. Bob Gerbich and daughter, Beverly Jean, of Murray, Mur-ray, spent the Thanksgiving holiday holi-day with Mrs. Steffie Gerbich and family. Carmela Sponga of Salt Lake City was an honored guest at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Sponga. Sunday, the occasion being her birthday. Guests were Mrs. Peter Kosovich, Mrs. George Massa, Mrs. Mike Yengich and Erma Sponga. Delicious De-licious refreshments were served. Duchin Tomas of the U. S. navy na-vy air corps came home to spend Thanksgiving with - friends and relatives. Miss Marjorie Brimhall, daughter dau-ghter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brimhall, who is living at Bon-eta Bon-eta and teaching at Mt. Emmons this year, arrived home Wednesday Wednes-day to spend Thanksgiving. Guests at dinner at the Brimhall Brim-hall home were Mr. and Mrs-Dewey Mrs-Dewey Mayne and family of Copperton. Junior Grade Warrant Officer James Jensen and Technical Sergeant James Mead, both of Fort Douglas, and Miss Nancy Nelson and Mrs. James Mead of |
