OCR Text	Show FREAK PIPE MISHAP KILLS KillS' 2 INJURES 2 SAN BERNARDINO Cal Aug 8 UP Two UP-Two Two persons were dead and nd two others may may die as a result of a freak accident which sent a thousand nd feet of inch four-inch gas pipe rolling down the side of the San Bernardino mountains Breaking loose loose- from the cables while being lowered into a ditch n near ar the mountain crest the pipe whipped down the slope Henry Dutton Los Angeles a workman was tossed feet into the air and his back broken The pipe virtually demolished a an automobile on the the Rim World highway below The driver Mrs Bess Ross 42 Long Beach Cal was killed and her housekeeper housekeeper housekeeper house house- keeper Miss Anna McDonald 25 lost one leg and today was in critical condition Another motorist Grant Allison 71 was so shocked at the sight of Mrs Ross' Ross crushed body that he died of heart eart failure
