G Nicholas Ogden Hotel Strike Ends After Six Weeks OGDEN The week six-week long strike at the Hotel Ben Lomond at Ogden ended Wednesday with signing of a contract which both hotel heads and members of the Ogden Culinary Alliance described as satisfactory The contract provides that 13 strikers will return to their jobs Thursday morning and the remaining remaining remain remain- ing 12 will be returned within 60 days S Other clauses in the agreement provide that there shall be no no discrimination discrimination discrimination dis dis- dis- dis crimination against union help in inthe inthe inthe the hotel but the manager shall have the right to pass on the qualifications qualifications quail quail- of the S There shall shaH be no discharges for union activities and increases of 5 a month will g go to bartenders bus boys and miscellaneous miscellaneous miscella miscella- workers Other will receive free l lunch The Culinary Alliance expressed thanks to George F.
