W D. D Rishel Rihel president of the Utah State Automobile association Mr Rishel pointed out that the Western Safety conference just concluded in Salt Lake City brought the work of these organizations once more before the public as a measure of ot safety Not enough emphasis he said has been laid on their importance in this city or state The records show that not a single school child or a member of the tho patrols have been injured while the patrol was in action aelion Mr Rishel said
