Show Mrs. Robert H. Jackson arrived arriv-ed home Saturday night after a 10-day visit in Seattle with her son. Petty Officer 1C Howard Jackson, whose wife, Peggy Christison Jackson, will return to Lark this week. Mrs. Arnt Thompson was sur- Erised on her birthday Monday, y members of the VQV club who spent a social evening at the Thompson home. Mrs. William Specht of Boulder, Bould-er, Colo., is visitine her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Gillam. Mr. and Mrs. Arnt Thompson and family returned Friday after spending two weeks in Ely, Nev. Mrs. Myrtle Yates of Ely, Nev., spent the week-end in Lark. Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Pierce returned re-turned home Sunday from Pay-son, Pay-son, where their daughter, Juan-ita, Juan-ita, recently underwent an appendectomy. ap-pendectomy. Droubay and family and Mr. and Mrs. Glade Alexander and family of Riverton fished on the Provo river riv-er Sunday with good results. R, L. Mitchell and son, Robert, and Ken Mitchell of Midvale fished Satuday at Deer Creek. Included in their catch was a nice five-pounder. : ' lark ' ' : Mr. and Mrs. Leo Dodge have moved to Salt Lake City to make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Finnas and family, Mrs. Roland Rasso and children and Mrs. John Liljes-trom Liljes-trom of Grand Junction, Colo., were dinner guests Sunday at the R. L. Christie home. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Denton and son of Grass Valley, Calif., visited visit-ed overnight June 21 with Mr. and Mrs. Glenn C. Waterman. The Dentons were en route to Hibbing, Minn. Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Christison left Sunday evening to vacation two weeks at Panguitch lake. John and Rodney Payne of Idaho Falls, Ida., are visiting two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Gleason. Mr. and Mrs. Dell Nell are spending as much time as possible with his father, R. H. Nell of Riverton, Ri-verton, who has been a patient at Salf Lake General hospital the past six weeks. Mrs. Verner Brynolf and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Dalton visited in Salt Lake City Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. C. L. (Tom) Hatch I and family are spending his vacation va-cation in Vernal. |
