Park administration building were surprised Friday when a house on wheels rolled up back of the building build build- in ing irig and o out t stepped Mr 1 Spencer ready for classes His arrival marked the first time timea a student has brought his house to school with him The Idahoan desiring to study engineering en engineering selected the University of Utah and in order to reduce living expenses bunt his rolling house in which he plans to bach It it W for four years of college life lite He built the house in his spare time last summer cutting the lumber hiI him him- 1 s self seif el The house Is 12 feet long and six and a half feet wide In It are a cook stove a bunk for two collapsible chairs folding table medicine cabinet cabi caM net clothes closet hat and book rack typewriter iter wash basin three windows win windows dows dam and curtains and a cupboard Food is stored under the bunk The walls are papered and wired wL-ed for elec elec- The Thc outside is painted to resemble resemble resemble re re- re- re red bricks Air spaces in the walls walIs keep out winter cold and su sum sum- sum summer n- n mer ncr heat All AU I need now is a university pennant young joung Spencer remarked after arrangements were made to take up permanent quarters on the campus |
