S Martineau 36 formerly of Salt Lake will be conducted in Los Angeles on Tuesday with burial in the Forest Lawn cemetery tery in Los Angeles Angele Dr Martineau died Saturday at his home in Los Angeles from the effects of a nervous collapse suffered two weeks ago Dr Martineau was born In Logan Utah January 23 1897 and graduated graduated from the University of Utah He took his his- medical course at the University University sity of Pennsylvania and after alter obtaining obtaining obtaining obtain obtain- ing his degree there served as in in- terne in the Bellvue hospital in New NewYork NewYork NewYork York two years He had been pra practicing medicine in Los Angeles six years ears at the time of his death Dr Martineau was attending the University of Utah when the United States entered the World war He joined the navy and was assigned to the medical corps caring for troops being transported to France After war the h returned to Salt Lake and completed his course course at th the University sity of Utah He is survived survive by his widow Mrs Lucile Reid Martineau two sons William Wile Wil liam Reid 4 and John 2 a brother 1 L.
