Miss Elizabeth Makris of Helper Hel-per left Sunday to return home after a three-day stay with her sister, Mrs. George Kampros. Mrs. W. W. Garrett returned home Tuesday evening after visiting vi-siting two days with her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. LaVell Hakanson of Midvale. Mrs. William Hawks returned ! Wednesday morning from Rapid City, S. D., where she spent two weeks with her husband, Pvt. William Hawks. Mr. and Mrs. Anthon O. Ja-cobson Ja-cobson spent Friday evening in Salt Lake City as guests of D.W. Ellison. Gladys Pfaff and Frankie Quinn, both students at St. Mary-of-the-Wasatch academy in Salt Lake City spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Francis J Quinn. Miss Miriam Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Jones of Copperton, was the general chairman chair-man of the annual senior ball which was recently held at the academy of St.-Mary-of-the-Wa-satch. The dance was a success and proved to be one of the highlights high-lights of the year. Miss Jones is vice president of Soan-ge-ta-ha, |
