Show LOCAL NOTES Frank C. Reily, son of Mrs. Francis J. Quinn and a visitor here since September, left last Friday for Santa Barbara, Calif., where he plans to enlist in the U. S. navy. Homer P. Edwards of Roosevelt Roose-velt visited Sunday and Monday in Salt Lake City and in Bingham Bing-ham with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Elmo A. Nelson. John Larick, Marzetta Colyar, Sergio Alvarez, Jay Kuhni, Marion Mar-ion Dunn and Robert Krueger have enrolled at USAC for the winter quarter. Monday a bridge luncheon at the home of Mrs. Joseph Kemp of Midvale was enjoyed by others oth-ers of a foursome, Mrs. Theo Chesler, Mrs. Eugene Morris and Mrs. A. C. Larick. Mrs. Dave Clemens of Sterling, Utah, left Wednesday for her home after a three-day visit with her sister, Mrs. Rulon K. Mad-sen. Mad-sen. Mrs. Harry Drossos and daughter, daugh-ter, Georgia, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Speros January 8. the occasion being Mr. Speros name day. Dainty refreshments were served. |
