Joseph Spendlove, observer, reported a three-inch snow fall with .66 inch precipitation precipita-tion from the time the storm began be-gan April 22 to 5 p.m. April 23. Temperatures varied from a maximum 69 degrees to a minimum mini-mum , 28 degrees April 22 to a maximum 41 degrees and mini-tnum mini-tnum 24 April 23. |
