Attorne ys Stephens A gchroeder, in the tax Injunction suit for the Eleventh School District, filed today to-day an amended complaint, wherein where-in they set out the namifs of tlio-e who desire to opjieal from, the decision de-cision of the Third District Court, their former action having beecn brought in Illalf ofrall or the tax-payers Jn the ditrict. The amended com phi ut includes only thoe who pay their taxes ti the bondsmen and who are desirous of appeallngtotheSupremerCourt. It has been agreed thst demurrers shall lie tiled by counsel for tlio.Board of Education au J county attorney ami sustained without anrument, and the case taken immediately to tho Supreme Court, so as to obtain a decision, de-cision, if possible, in the-January term, i Messrs. Stephens A Schroeder today to-day mado.a tender to Collector Hardy of $2100,being Ihe proportionate proportion-ate amount of the indebtedness of the district- whicii the taxpayers who are appcaliug offer to pay. This was refused by the Collector, and tbemoney was returned to the Tanlt of the American National Bank.
