Hoppler et al , the commis sioner's fees were relaxed, each party to lay hair. Tlie case or Edward Bunnell vs. W. 11. Brow n, Justice of the peaces and Thomas Fon ler, sheriff of Utah County, action for J 1 000 damages for fa!e imprisonment, wasproceed- xl vrllh. LM. Bunnell, the plalntitr. testified testi-fied that Mr. Fowler had come to Lake View and bad him brought to Provo and locked up in jail.
