Show LOCAL NOTES Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Clements of Carr Fork are parents of a daughter born May 29 at the family fa-mily home. A daughter was born Sunday to Mr. and Mrs. Alex Prejoran at the family home at 538 Main street. An erroneous report given the Bulletin last week stated that a son had been born to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Irving Crellin. Correction: Cor-rection: a seven-pound two- and-a-half ounce daughter was born to Mrs. Crellin at Bingham hospital hos-pital May 27. The young lady will be christened Nancy Jane. Albert Dunn, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Dunn of Murray, formerly for-merly of Bingham, is regular catcher on the plebe baseball team at the U. S. naval academy at Annapolis, Md. Albert's brother, broth-er, Marion Dunn, attended the USAC at Logan last year. Seagull Girls of the Bingham LDS ward Primary association will hold a graduation program at 7:30 p.m. next Sunday at the ward chapel under direction of Mrs. Garn Stoker. The group includes in-cludes LaRue McCandless, Virginia Vir-ginia Smith, Roberta Johnston, Donna Lee Cook and Barbara Ball. Mrs. J. O. Rasmussen, Primary Pri-mary superintendent, will present pre-sent certificates of graduation. Mrs. Lawrence West, Seagull advisor, ad-visor, will give a talk. Mrs. H. C. Jenkins and small son, Harold plan to leave today, Friday, to drive to Riverside, Calif. ,to join Dr. Jenkins, in service ser-vice at Camp Haan. Mrs. . Laura Tampakis will accompany Mrs. Jenkins.' Dr. and Mrs. O.J. Graham Gra-ham and family will occupy the Utah Copper company hospital a-partment. a-partment. City Attorney Elliott W. Evans was elected president of the University Uni-versity of Utah law school alumni alum-ni at a meeting held jointly with the Salt Lake County Bar association asso-ciation the evening of May 28. Mr. Evans succeeds Merrill C Faux of Salt Lake City. Miss Jenny Buchman left by train from Salt Lake City Tuesday Tues-day evening for short visits with relatives and friends in Chicago and Detroit and to spend the summer vacation in Rapid River, Mich. |
