Allen, charged with perpctrallug fraud iu the fourth Precinct at the school election, was re-sum ed. A large number of witnesses from the Eighteenth, Eight-eenth, Twentieth and Twenty-first wards were ln attendance, and the commUsIoncr concluded to hold the inquiry ln the Third Dltttict Court room. Uichards was the first wit ness called and testified: I am a registered voter In the Fourth municipal mu-nicipal ward and voted at the school election held there on July 14 last.
