S Pratt and the date for her hearing will be set later Mrs Ramsey who now lives JiveS in Provo was arrested there yesterday afternoon brought to this tills city and released under bond bon It Is al alleged alleged al- al that she formerly leased lease a house from Tilton at 38 Fourth East street in which Tilton had his household effects stored and locked The complaint charges t that 1 Mrs Mr Ramsey s mh broke t the lock and J too took t the furniture Later It is alle alleged ed she moved to a home homp on South Temple Tem Tern pIe street and Tilton discovered loss of his furniture but could not trace It until Mrs Tilton In passing the South Temple house Is said to have recognized her curtains at the tho windows Efforts wee e then made to locate Mrs Ramsey who had moved to Provo and when she was located a complaint was issued Mrs Ramsey told the sheriffs sheriff's of ot- ot flee fice she did not take the tile furniture but said she knew who did and where most of it was according to th tho report She refused It is said to tell the officers where the furni funi- ture Is located |
