The following b a s?cial to Uie News, received at 3:30 this afternoon: after-noon: Provo City being now a city of the second class, the election was conducted under the provi-dous ot the new school law. In five municipal mu-nicipal wards the lulls open at the legal time. In tho First Wanl all three Judges are "Liberals." In the other four wards tho People, however, have their usual representation. repre-sentation. Voting has been surprisingly sur-prisingly light. Thus far only one-third one-third of the vote has lieen cast Up to the present time only 2ft) votes have been polled. The "Liberals" have probably one-third of the number. num-ber.
