On Thursday last, September i, John WorwooJ was arrested at Bountiful oa a charge of unlawful cohabitation, and appeared for examination ex-amination at 10SO a. ra. today before, Commissioner Serrcll. From state ments made by the defendant to his counsel it became apparent that he had a good defense, provided time were given him to pocure certified copies of certal n paper.
