Show STORY WRITING DEADLINE IS DRAWING NEAR Cash Prizes Offered For Best Stories in Adult, Juvelile 'Groups Mrs. Evelyn Boyer wishes to remind re-mind students and adults that the deadline for entries in the story-writing story-writing contest is drawing near. All stories must be sent to Mrs. Boyer not later than Friday, November No-vember 8. In the Junior department, prizes of $5, $3 and $2, are to be given for the three best stories. The three best stonies written by adults will receive prizes of $10, $7, and $5. , The stories must be written concerning con-cerning a true pioneer incident and must not have more than 500 words. Stories are to be written on one side of the paper and be accompanied accompa-nied by a sealed envelope in which is told the name o'f story, name of writer, age and address. ( The winning stories will be compiled com-piled in book form and sold as Christmas gifts. All proceeds will go to the Art fund sponsored by the Jaycee Wives. |
