Show WHIPPING CREAM , BAN EXPLAINED Regulations in connection with the ban on the sale of whipping cream were outlined today by the Utah State Production and Marketing Mar-keting Administration. PMA officials offi-cials explained that the ban was in accordance with " a directive from the Office of Economic Stabilization Sta-bilization in Washington. The ban affects the delivery to consumers of whipping cream with a butterfat content in excess of 19 percent. This includes filled cream and products which may be developed devel-oped to sell in place of cream if they contain butterfat in excess of 19 percent.
