Also all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate or interest in or lien upon the real property described in the complaint adverse ad-verse to the plaintiffs ownership owner-ship or clouding plaintiffs ' title thereto, Defendants. TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought, otherwise within thirty days after af-ter service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demands of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This action is brought to quiet : the title in the plaintiffs, in and to the following described property proper-ty located in Utah County, State of Utah, described as follows, to-wit: to-wit: Commencing 5.40 chains West of the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Sec-tion 4, Township 8 South, Range 3 East of the Salt Lake Meridian; Thence North 89 deg. West 1.03 chains; thence South 16 deg. West 1.12 chains; thence South 63 deg. West 3.32 chains; thence South 12 deg. East 1.82 chains; thence South 20 deg. West 2.24 chains; thence South 39 deg. 8 min. West 3.58 chains; thence South 88 cleg. 25 min. East 5.25 chains; thence North 11 deg. East 9.50 chains to beginning.
