Show Mrs. Genevieve Malloy of Long Beach, Cal., 31, a former Bingham Bing-ham resident and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Davis, was seriously injured in an automo-jbile automo-jbile accident Tuesday in the California city. Her condition was termed "serious, but not critical". Mrs. John Caulfield and Mrs. Ivan Joseph of Long Beach, Cal., who had been visiting here for ten days with their sisters, Mrs. S. T. Nerdin and Mrs. Bert Allen, Al-len, left Wednesday for their homes, in company with Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Dorset t of Los Angeles. Mr. and Mrs. Dorsett had been guests of Mrs. Dorsett's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Allen. Mrs. Nerdin entertained at a family dinner Tuesday evening at which the Californians and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Allen. Mr. and Mrs. George Strand were guests. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Atwood are now making their home at the Copperton apartment. Mr. Atwood At-wood is principal of the Copper-field Copper-field school. Miss Althea Christenson returned re-turned to her duties at the Bingham Bing-ham post office Tuesday after a three-week vacation, most of which was spent at Houston, Texas, where she attended the National Federation of Post Office Of-fice Clerks convention held in that city September 4 to September Septem-ber 9. Enroute to Houston Miss Christensen visited Grand Can yon, Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico, Juarez, Old Mexico, and El Paso, Texas. Miss Christensen cut her Texas visit short one week because of the hot weather. weath-er. She said the temperature averaged 102 degrees and the humidity was high. Mrs."M. D. Miss Lucille Waters of t'oppor-ton t'oppor-ton left Thursday by plane for Reno, Nevada, where she will visit friends for a few days. Mrs. J. A. Peterson and her daughter, Irma, left Saturday for an indefinite stay in Los Angeles, where they will visit Mrs. Laddie Lad-die Martin, the former Miss Clarissa Clar-issa Peterson of Bingham. Miss June Householder, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs Jack Householder, House-holder, came home Saturday after af-ter an absence of about five months during which she was employed at the Eleventh East Cash Market, Salt Lake City.
