Show P.-T.A. VOTES TO AFFILIATE WITH NATIONAL , The local Parent-Teacher organization or-ganization will affiliate with the national organization, according to announcement by President Gertrude Ger-trude Clements of the P.-T. A. council. The decision to join the national group was reached at the first regular P.-T. A. meeting last Wednesday Wed-nesday night, when a vote was taken on the issue. A large crowd of parents representing the high school and elementary schools, attended. at-tended. Mrs. David Bigler of Payson, regional vice-president of P.-T. A., was one of the principal speakers at the meeting, discussing advantages advan-tages of national affiliation. William Wil-liam DeHart, seminary instructor, spoke on "The Child and His Community." Com-munity." Announcement was made during the evening of organization of the various school P.-T. A.'s with officers of-ficers as follows: High School Mrs. Earl Sum-sion, Sum-sion, president; W. W.
